Any visitor who purchases a service through the site www.exenztrix.com or from its owners understands they are recieving the best possible powerleveling available to the customer from this site. Each "account" is handled with the utmost of care, and is treated as if it were "one of our own". By purchasing a powerlevel through www.exenztrix.com or its owners, you are in full compliance with the following, any and all powerlevels are completed through the use of the MMOGLIDER Bot used within World of Warcraft, unless handleveling is ordered. Timeframes for completetion are simply APPROXIMATED QUOTES, and are subject to change at any time for any reason. In the "EVENT" of a ban, www.exenztrix.com and its owners will offer a Re-Level, if the customer provides CD Keys and only under our conditions. This does not include honor farmed or profession botted accounts. Powerlevels that are paid for by trading an account will be botted and not handleveled. If banned, the same rules will apply as any normal botting order. Those who have had their accounts banned during handleveling will not be offered a re-level, but a full refund of their purchase. While we provide the best protection and security for each account we possibly can, banning's are possible and may/will occur unexpectedly, with or without reason (per the WoW ToS). Www.exenztrix.com and or its owners may/maynot provide a reasonable compensation for losses, and are per the discretion of the site and or its owners.
